Customer Service Electronic Engineering


Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for receiving customer complaints about LCD modules (LCM), technical coordination, collecting defective information and samples, reproducing and analyzing functional defects (black screen, abnormal drawing, bright and dark lines, Mura, flashing screen, motherboard timing abnormalities, etc.)


2. Independently write customer complaint reports and 8D reports, coordinate quality, R&D, and production to develop improvement measures, track improvement verification until closure


3. Provide technical support to customers, including specification book interpretation, driver interface, power on timing, reliability related consultation, and cooperate with customers' NPI new product introduction


4. Use tools such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, lighting fixtures, multimeters, etc. to conduct electrical tests and distinguish between screen bodies, customer motherboards, and structural assembly issues


5. Establish a customer complaint ledger, regularly summarize bad data, output analysis reports, and provide on-site technical support to customers when necessary

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in electronics, optoelectronics, microelectronics or related fields, with at least 1 year of customer complaint/CAE technical support experience in LCD/LCM display modules


2. Familiar with TFT-LCD module structure, common display defects, understanding of MIPI/RGB/SPI display interfaces, able to understand schematics and specifications


3. Able to use basic electronic testing instruments and familiar with problem analysis methods such as 8D and 5Why


4. Good cross departmental communication skills, strong logical analysis ability, able to handle customer complaint handling pressure


5. Master the quantity and category of manual/automatic small car driving


6. Proficient in Office and able to independently output technical reports; Ability to read English technical materials is preferred
